1. Payment Terms.
Glamourwave.com accepts major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal, which are expressly indicated on the product ordering pages. Glamourwave.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed online if the credit card information provided cannot be verified by merchant services or other electronic means.
Your "credit card" will not be charged until the order has been accepted by Glamourwave, the order has been processed and the "Products" listed in your order are ready to be shipped.
2. Shipping Policy
Glamourwave.com offers their customers, a "Free Shipping" for greater savings. All “in stock” orders received by 12 Midnight U.S Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. “Business Days” (Do Not Include Saturdays & Sundays). Orders are typically shipped out the same or next day on most occasions.
Orders placed over a Holiday, Late Friday or a Weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed and shipped the following business day/s.
Each time you shop and the Orders are shipped through established "Commercial Carriers" such as United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx). Once confirmed by the Carrier to be delivered to the shipping address you provided the product ownership has passed from Glamourwave.com to you the purchaser. Carrier confirmation (whether a tracking number is provided or not) will serve as "proof of delivery" of the order by Glamourwave.com. In the event, delivery of the order requires a signature of acceptance by the Purchaser, authorization is hereby given by the Purchaser to the Commercial Carrier to accept signature from any known representative, worker or any person acting as agent of the Purchaser and is located physically at the same address provided on the order. Glamourwave.com implied liability for delivery of goods, stops at the point in time of "delivery confirmation" by the Commercial Carrier.

Free shipping of your orders is limited to and consists of standard "ground delivery" throughout the 50 contiguous States, provided by known "Commercial Carriers". Not valid for shipping to Puerto Rico. If you have a question regarding shipping or our policy, please write to info@glamourwave.com
International and APO Shipments:
International customers, please mail to info@glamourwave.com for quotes. We ship international orders via Parcel Post-Air. Once your package arrives in your country, it has to clear your Customs Department. Once it clears your Customs Department, it is then sent to your local postal service for delivery to you. This process could take an additional 5-30 days. Although the vast majority of shipments are delivered to our customers within 10 days of our shipment date, we ask you to be patient and allow up to 45 days for delivery. Shipment tracking for International/APO orders is not available. You will be responsible for any customs, duty, or other expense associated with your order. If you refuse to take delivery of your order for any reason, the shipping charge or any other expense related to the return of your order is not refundable. We are not responsible for customer mistakes in providing us with shipping addresses.
3. Return Policy
Products should be immediately inspected upon receipt, any bottles or jars found to be damaged or leaking must be reported at info@glamourwave.com or 1-216-201-9654 within 24 hours from date of delivery. Except when delivery occurs on a Friday or legal Federal Holiday then notification should be on the next available business day.
Please email to info@glamourwave.com providing us with the order number and a brief description of the problem. Please provide a day time phone number and an active email address where a customer service representative can contact you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and the RMA Shipping Form. Complete this form and enclose it with your returned goods. Please note that the whole package has to be returned to us for inspection. Include the RMA number (authorization) when completing the RMA Shipping form. Returns are processed within 72 hours of receipt.
Damaged goods will be replaced and shipped free of charge. We will also reimburse you the ground shipping cost you paid to return a damaged product in case if you paid any shipping cost.
If you are returning a product that was ordered incorrectly, we can not reimburse you the return shipping cost, however we will not charge you any re-stocking fee as others typically do.
IMPORTANT:
No product can be returned if the "security seal" is broken or if evidence exists that the product was tampered with, opened or tested in any way. Product(s) returned must arrive in marketable (resale ready) condition to qualify for exchange, credit or refund. There will be no exception to this policy.
Please read our site "Terms and Conditions" before placing an order if you intend to use or sample the product and then attempt to return it. Glamourwave.com provides excellent pricing on exceptional Hair and Beauty products because we service sincere and trustworthy customers. All products are original and are not returnable after opening and or sampling the contents. Consult with a professional as to the product recommended for your specific need and use prior to placing your order with Glamourwave.com. All products are shipped with "tamper resistant seals", which are applied to each product during the quality inspection process.
4. Events beyond our reasonable control.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions: if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control, including reasons of Force Majeure, which shall include any default due to a war, or threatened war, act of terrorism or threatened act of terrorism, strike, lockout, individual action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other event beyond the control of either party. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Typographical Errors.
In, the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
6. Mandatory Arbitration.
You agree to allow Glamourwave.com to resolve any issue related to shipping, damaged goods, quality issues and all other disputes within 30 days of the date of product delivery, which are not specifically addressed in these terms and conditions. In the event an amicable and satisfactory resolution is not reached then the parties agree to submit to mandatory binding arbitration within the State from where the order was shipped.
What is mandatory binding arbitration?
In mandatory binding arbitration, a company requires a consumer to agree to submit any dispute that may arise to binding arbitration prior to completing a transaction with the company. The consumer is required to waive their right to sue, to participate in a class action lawsuit, or to appeal.
